Perpetrators Of ART Breast Robbery In Kemayoran Turns Out Couriers Between Packages

JAKARTA - The perpetrators of busts against household assistants (ART) at the house of a police officer, Jalan Serdang Baru XXII RT 05 RW 05 Serdang Village, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta, were arrested by buser members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police and the Kemayoran Police.

When arrested, the perpetrator with the initials MAA alias Arkan (21) did not move. The perpetrator was arrested by a buser member while at his home, namely Jalan Kemayoran Gempol, RW 07, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Central Jakarta Metro Police, Kompol Wisnu Wardana, confirmed the arrest of the perpetrator of the breast robbery which had gone viral on social media.

"Yes, that's right, we have managed to catch the perpetrators," said Kasat when contacted, Friday, January 7, evening.

However, when asked about the motive of the perpetrator for committing obscene acts against the victim RA, who is a household assistant (ART) at a police officer's house, Kasat did not want to provide further information.

"Later, we will provide a statement, at this time we are still continuing to explore the motives of the perpetrators of committing the obscene act," he said.

Meanwhile, from the information obtained, the perpetrator works as a courier service between packages. The police confiscated a number of evidences of a Honda Beat motorbike, a gray hat, long sleeved shirt, brown pants and CCTV video footage.

As a result of his actions, MAA is threatened with Article 76E in conjunction with Article 82 of Law No. 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law No. 23 of 2002 on child protection.
