During 2021, 96.59 Percent Of Matters Resolved PN Tanjung Pati

W Sumatra - The Tanjung Pati District Court, Limapuluh Kota Regency, West Sumatra, has completed or handled 96.59 percent of the 170 cases that will enter the court in 2021.

"Alhamdulillah, the Tanjung Pati District Court in 2021 will experience an increase in performance in this regard from the total handling of cases," said the head of the Tanjung Panti District Court, Muhammad Chandra in Sarilamak, as reported by Antara, Friday, December 31.

This was conveyed after the implementation of the Tanjung Pati District Court Year End Reflection which was also attended by the Deputy Chair of the Tanjung Pati District Court Raden Danang Noor Kusumo, Spokesman Judge Isnandar S Nasution along with judges and officials at the court.

He said that of the 170 cases that were submitted to the Tanjung Pati District Court that had not been completed or had not been decided, only four were criminal cases and two were civil cases.

"So the ratio of handling cases at the Tanjung Pati District Court in 2021 will reach 96.59 percent and this has increased significantly compared to the previous year," he said.

Meanwhile, in 2020, until the end of the year there are still around 35 cases that have not been completed or decided.

"Of course we have to appreciate this with more cases coming in, the achievement of cases being resolved also increasing. Of course this is the result of the work of all parties," he said. it has prepared the needs for the implementation of the online trial.

"But of course we hope that the COVID-19 pandemic can end and the trial can be held face to face so that its implementation can be more optimal," he said.

Furthermore, he hopes that in 2022 the performance of the apparatus at the Tanjung Pati District Court will also increase compared to 2021.

"We also hope that in 2022 we can get an assessment to go to the Corruption-Free Regional Integrity Zone (WBK) and the Clean Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM). We have prepared everything," he said.
