North Jakarta Metro Police Chief Kombes Guruh Arif Darmawan confirmed that the lovebirds had been arrested on Thursday, December 30, the night.

Meanwhile, the Tanjung Priok Police Chief Kompol Ricky Prenata Vivaldy said the men and women in the video were taken from their respective homes.
"Both of them are secured at their respective residences. The two perpetrators are detained at the police station and are being investigated," said Ricky.
Ricky added that his party also examined a number of witnesses and those involved in the video for questioning.
"We are still conducting further investigations. We have examined two witnesses, including the one who uploaded the video," he said.
