SURABAYA - East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa forbade the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) staff to leave on Christmas and New Year 2022. To ensure that ASN does not go on holiday, ASN is required to make an online presence through the e-Presence application during Nataru.
"This step is taken to prevent ASN from taking a day off at Nataru. They must also send the latest location via location sharing, starting later approaching Nataru. So, there is no leave for ASN," said Head of the East Java Regional Personnel Agency (BKD), Indah Wahyuni, confirmed, Monday, December 27.
Yuyun, as he is familiarly called, said that attendance can be done by each provincial government employee through the e-Presence application. In this e-Presence, the location of the ASN will automatically be seen.
"So until 31 (December) we will still enter. The 1st (Saturday) is off, Sunday is off. We require E-Presence, send shareloc. Lost out of town will be (tracked)," he said.
If ASN is found on leave or going out of town, continued Yuyun, the head of each agency has the authority to give strict punishments or sanctions.
"We leave the sanctions to the leadership of each OPD (Regional Apparatus Organization). The sanctions are the same (reprimands, warnings and the like," he said.
