The Ipda OS File For The Suspect In The Shooting Case At The Bintaro Toll Exit Is Still Being Completed

JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya is still completing the file on the shooting case at the exit of the Bintaro Toll Road with the suspect Ipda OS. In the near future, the case file will be transferred to the Prosecutor's Office.

"We are still completing the file. Hopefully we can finish it soon, so we can send it to the prosecutor's office," said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan to reporters, Thursday, December 23.

The completion of the case file, continued Zulpan, is related to the criminal element. Ipda OS is suspected of shooting Poltak Pasaribu and M. Aruan.

Meanwhile, elements of professional ethics violations against IPDA OS are still being processed. The series of checks are still ongoing.

"Of course, the two of them run parallel. Whether it's a general crime or a violation of the ethics and profession of members of the Police," said Zulpan.

Previously, the status of Ipda OS was upgraded from being investigated to being a suspect in the shooting case at the Bintaro Toll Exit. This determination is based on the results of the case.

"Investigators determine or raise the status of Ipda OS in investigating this case as a suspect," said Zulpan.

In this case, the Directorate of General Criminal Investigation and Propam Polda Metro Jaya believes that Ipda OS has committed a criminal offense. This is supported by the evidence and instructions that have been collected.

With the determination of this suspect, Ipda OS is paired with Article 351 and/or 359 of the Criminal Code. He faces up to 7 years in prison.
