Again, Densus 88 Detach 2 Suspected Terrorists In South Kalimantan

JAKARTA - Densus 88 Anti-terror has again arrested two suspected terrorists. The arrests took place in South Kalimantan.

"It is true that Densus 88 Anti-terror has arrested 2 terrorist suspects in South Kalimantan," said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Public Relations Division Kombes Ahmad Ramadhan to reporters, Wednesday, December 22.

From the results of the temporary examination, the two suspected terrorists belonged to the Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD) network. However, their role is still being investigated.

"(They are) the JAD network," said Ramadhan.

Previously, Densus 88 Anti-terror also arrested 3 suspected terrorists in Central Kalimantan. They are also a network of Jamaah Ansharut Daulah (JAD).

"The arrest of three terrorist suspects in Central Kalimantan, Palangka Raya," said Ramadhan.

The arrests of these three terrorists lasted for two days. However, no details were given about the location of their arrest.

"The arrests were made on December 21 and 22," said Ramadhan.

Currently, the suspected terrorists have been detained and are in the process of being investigated. They are a network of Jamaah Ansharut Daulah.

"Three suspects were arrested and secured from the JAD terrorism network," said Ramadhan.
