JAKARTA - First Lady Iriana Joko Widodo has asked the perpetrators of immoral acts to children to be dealt with firmly and hopes that the perpetrators are punished to the fullest extent.

"The law must be dealt with firmly and harshly, and the perpetrators should be punished to the fullest according to their behavior," said Iriana in a written statement from the Press Bureau of the Presidential Secretariat after meeting with survivors of immoral acts at the Center for Social Welfare Education and Training (BBPPKS), West Bandung. , West Java, reported by Antara, Tuesday, December 21.

Iriana and the wife of Vice President Ma'ruf Amin, Wury Ma'ruf Amin with members of the Solidarity Action Organization for the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet Era (OASE KIM), held a meeting with survivors of immoral acts at BBPPKS in Bandung.

Assisted by psychologists, 12 survivors and 1 witness spoke with Iriana Joko Widodo and Wury Ma'ruf Amin at the meeting.

Iriana expressed her sadness over the calamity that happened to the survivors of immoral acts. He hoped that such an incident would not happen again.

“As a woman, I am very sick, very sick. Later, hopefully there will be no other victims," said Iriana.

Iriana said the condition of the survivors was in good health. They said they were happy to be visited by the First Lady and Wury Ma'ruf Amin.

Also accompanying Iriana and Wury in the meeting, the Chairperson of the Solidarity Action Organization for the Advanced Indonesia Cabinet Era (OASE KIM) Erni Tjahjo Kumolo and the wife of the West Java Governor Atalia Praratya Kamil. Previously, during her visit to Bandung, Iriana reviewed the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination for children -children aged 6-11 years at SDN 196 Sukarasa, and handing over social assistance to the community. Iriana Jokowi, Wury Ma'ruf Amin and their entourage are scheduled to take off back to Jakarta, via the Indonesian Air Force Base Husein Sastranegara, Bandung City on Tuesday afternoon.
