JAKARTA - The outsourcing office on Jalan Bintaro Raya, North Kebayoran Lama has been sealed by officers from the South Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP). This action is related to the violation of health protocol rules (prokes).

Acting (Plt) Head of Kebayoran Lama Satpol PP Dian Citra said the sealing was carried out on Tuesday, December 14. The sealing period is 3x24 hours.

The sealing of the company was a follow-up to the warning letter given earlier.

According to Dian, Satpol PP officers sent a warning letter to the company for ignoring a number of health protocol rules, such as limiting employee capacity.

"The condition is that there is no health protocol at all. And indeed, they have received warnings related to the health protocol," said Dian Citra.

During the sealing, the company was given the opportunity to fix the health protocol before operating again on Friday, December 17.

According to Dian, if the company has a sense of responsibility for the health of its employees, it will provide a number of supporting facilities for health protocols to limit the maximum capacity in the room.

"They are cooperative, the meaning of the word is they will fix it, in less than three days they will make improvements. If their offices really have an organizational structure, they will definitely create a COVID Task Force," said Dian.

At the time of the sealing, a number of officers from the South Jakarta (South Jakarta) Manpower, Transmigration and Energy Sub-Department also conducted a field inspection of the company due to reports from residents regarding alleged recruitment fraud by the company.

However, Dian was reluctant to explain in detail regarding this information.

"So there are reports from residents, the office has indeed moved several times to Kebayoran Lama. The condition is that they are promised money, so they are recruiting but with money,” he said.
