"We remind personnel to understand the technique of using rifles and the specifications of each rifle," said Rudi.
The Head of the PJR Ditlantas of the Banten Police, Kompol Kemas Natanegara also said that personnel should not hesitate to use guns while on duty when dealing with threats to the safety of people's lives, including the personnel themselves.
"The use of guns is in accordance with the necessity, to protect the safety of the public from threats to lives," said Kemas.
