Depression Runs Out Of Money, Dutch Caucasians In Bali Rage Breaking Minimarket Glass

BADUNG - Foreigner from the Netherlands, Fransisco Smith (26) went on a rampage and broke the glass of a mini market in Pererenan, Mengwi, Badung Regency, Bali.

The head of the Badung Satpol PP I Gusti Agung Ketut Suryanegara said the foreigner was taken to the Mengwi Police before being taken to the Mangusada Hospital, Badung, Bali.

"We've just taken him to the hospital because it's depression. I don't know the chronology of breaking the glass, what secured the local residents was taken to the police station and reported to us, we took them to the Mangusada Hospital," said Suryanegara, when contacted, Tuesday, December 7.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Mengwi Police, AKP I Nyoman Darsana, said that the Caucasian who was suspected of having depression initially asked for mineral water, on the evening of Sunday, December 5th.

However, because the shop was closed, the foreigner was asked to come back the next morning. On Monday, December 6, this Caucasian returned to the shop and broke the glass of the entrance.

“After breaking the glass, he came home. But the bag was left behind, finally the (store) contacted the Babinkamtibmas and local security. Caucasians who are depressed cannot be talked to, so they are directed to the Satpol PP," said Darsana separately.

According to him, these foreigners ask for mineral water because they don't have money. Caucasians from the Netherlands are said to have become homeless.

"According to his friend the money has run out and he has been depressed for three days," he continued.
