Acceleration Of Vaccination Is Important For Accelerating Economic Recovery

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Communication and Information, the Indonesian House of Representatives, and Digital TV held a Literacy Corner Live Creativetalk Seminar with the theme Acceleration of Vaccination and Acceleration of Economic Recovery on Friday, December 3. This seminar was filled by several speakers and presenters.

It started with a speech from Major General of the TNI. Mar, (Purn) Sturman Panjaitan who is a Member of Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives then continued with the opening by Septriana Tangkary who was always the Director of Economic and Maritime Communications of the Ministry of Communication and Information. Then there was also a presentation from the Reverend Aurelius Syukur Wilheim Porawouw who is the KMJ GPIB Immanuel Taremmpa.

Sturman Panjaitan said he strongly appealed to all levels of society to vaccinate. According to him, this is a way to help the government strengthen this country so that the economy also runs well.

"The government is also trying to get this program to remote areas," said Sturman Panjaitan.

Meanwhile, Septriana Tangkary provided information about the new variant of COVID-19 in the world. Seeing this, the government is very aggressively vaccinating.

"Hopefully, with this, the public is aware of vaccinating at least dose 1," explained Septriana.

Eptriana hopes that people will not hesitate and be afraid to vaccinate. If they have been vaccinated, it is also advised that the community continues to carry out health procedures in their daily activities.

"Not only health programs, the government also carries out economic programs to help generate the community's economy such as subsidies, electricity assistance, food needs, loan assistance and even MSME assistance," said Septriana.
