"What is considered unconstitutional becomes constitutional, the House of Representatives will carry out according to the applicable mechanism. We will revise Law No. 12 of 2011, to normalize the phrase omnibus law so that the Job Creation Act becomes constitutional", he continued.

However, he continued, as one of the people who discussed the law in the House of Representatives, he testified that there was never the phrase Omnibus Law in the Job Creation Act.

"The Omnibus Law was the idea of experts during discussions at the Legislative Council to overcome overlapping regulations, causing development to fail. However, this Constitutional Court's decision must be implemented", he said.

The Golkar politician said that after the Constitutional Court's decision, the House of Representatives will revise Law No. 12 of 2011 and the government should adjust the decision by perfecting the editorial before the recess.

According to him, the revision of Law 12 of 2011 will be proposed to be included in the 2022 National Legislation Program (Prolegnas) so that the Omnibus Law norms can be normalized in the Law.

"Baleg will hold a Leadership Meeting and it will be proposed that Law number 12 of 2011 be included in the Prolegnas so that the Omnibus Law norm can be normalized so that the Job Creation Act becomes constitutional", said Firman.
