PALANGKARAYA - The Military District Command (Kodim) 1016/Plk carried out a renovation of an uninhabitable house belonging to a flood victim in the area along the Kahayan River, Palangkaraya City.

"Today, we handed over the keys to the results of the house renovation to Arma's mother. Her house was renovated because her condition was very worrying," said Dandim 1016/Plk Colonel Inf. Rofiq Yusuf in Palangkaraya, Friday, November 26.

He said that Arma, who is a widow, was the target of the TNI's Bakti program in order to strengthen the unity of the TNI with the people. His house is located in Pahandut Seberang Village, Pahandut District, Palangkaraya City.

"Praise be to him, this is a blessing for the prayers of Arma's mother. God answered by dissecting her house through the TNI AD program carried out by Kodim 1016/Plk," said Rofiq, accompanied by the Chairperson of Persit KCK Branch XLII Dim 1016 Merry Rofiq Yusuf as reported by Antara.

He said that the task of the TNI in the region, according to the Daily Order of the Army Chief of Staff (KSAD) is to implement the Sapta Marga, the Soldier's Oath and the eight mandatory TNI.

"Especially helping the difficulties of the people around him as stated in the eight mandatory TNI," said Rofiq during the inauguration and handover of the keys to the houses affected by the flood.

The number one man in the ranks of the 1016/Plk Kodim hopes that the presence of the TNI will have a positive impact on the security and comfort of the community. So that they are more present and closer to the people.

Meanwhile, the Head of Pahandut Seberang Fajar Bhakti village, appreciated the participation of the TNI, especially Kodim 1016/Plk in helping the lives of its citizens.
