Teens Who Became Victims Of Abuse And Persecution In Malang Now Feel Pain In The Eyes And Stomach

JAKARTA - A 13-year-old child who was a victim of sexual violence and abuse in Malang City, East Java, underwent a medical examination because he complained of pain.

"Since last night the victim has been feeling sick to her stomach. Then today she underwent a medical examination at a hospital in Malang Regency," said the victim's attorney, Do Merda Al Romdhoni in Malang City, Friday, November 26, quoted from Antara.

The victim previously underwent an eye examination because he complained of blurry vision and according to the eye doctor the victim was minus.

"There are indications that it is also because of the persecution. For today's complaint, he has pain in his stomach," he said.

According to him, the external wounds on the victim's body are now starting to heal. But the victim has not yet undergone an examination to find out if there are any parts of her body that were injured due to the violence and abuse she experienced.

According to him, the psychological condition of the victim has also improved, although he has not recovered 100 percent.

"The victim has started to cheer up when he meets people, not like in the beginning. However, if he is asked to talk about the problem, the perpetrator, he still doesn't want to talk to him," he said.

Previously, there was a viral video of bullying that befell a child by a number of juvenile offenders. It was later discovered that the victim was bullied after being sexually assaulted.

The victim is the son of a mother who works as a household assistant. While the father is a person with mental disorders (ODGJ). That's why they were entrusted to Ponpes and Orphans and Duafa Ashidiqiyyah Asysyuhada about two years ago.

The chronology of the incident that happened to the victim occurred on November 18, 2021, at 08.00 WIB, the victim went to school, but until the afternoon had not returned to PP/PA. After maghrib the victim was brought home by his friend in a bruised condition.

After being questioned by the caregiver, it was discovered that the victim had been sexually assaulted and bullied by a number of people. This case was also reported to the Malang Police and the case is currently being handled by the authorities.

The police have named 7 suspects for molesting and molesting teenage girls who live in an orphanage in Malang City, East Java. The other three people who had been arrested were sent back by the police.

"As a result, 7 out of 10 people have been named as suspects. The suspects include perpetrators of molestation and instructors to attack," said Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of Malang City Police Commissioner Tinton Yudha Riambodo some time ago.

One suspect was not arrested because he was 14 years old. Referring to the Juvenile Justice Act, it is stated that minors cannot be detained. The police also kept a meeting on the identity of the suspect because he was still a minor.
