Blind Jealousy, Man In Karangasem Beats Wife, Strips Her Then Drags Her By Grabbing Her Hair

KARANASEM - The man with the initials KS (30) did not only commit violence against his wife, NYP (28) in Karangasem, Bali. KS also had time to strip his wife and drag her because she was triggered by blind jealousy.

"The reported (perpetrator) with feelings of anger or emotion stripped the victim's body naked. Then dragged the victim by grabbing the hair of the complainant (victim) using both hands for approximately 50 meters," said Rendang Police Chief, AKP I Nyoman Sukadana, Tuesday, 23 November.

This domestic violence incident occurred on Thursday 18 November night. KS is jealous because his wife chats with other men via Facebook Messenger.

Angry because of jealousy, the perpetrator stripped his wife and dragged the victim by grabbing her hair. The victim was dragged about 50 meters to the house of IKR, a man who was involved in a conversation with KS's wife.

Next, the perpetrator hit the victim's forehead, stepped on the back and hit the victim's head. The victim also experienced a loss of consciousness.

"For the actions carried out by the reported party (husband) What happened to him went to the Rendang Police office to get further treatment," said AKP Sukadana.
