JAKARTA - The TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa and the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo held a meeting at the National Police Headquarters. During the meeting, the two discussed various issues, from accelerating vaccination to securing Papua.

"Many of our plans will continue to carry out tasks that are currently the government's focus, one of which is to help accelerate vaccination," Andika told reporters, Tuesday, November 23.

In accelerating vaccination, said Andika, the target is to achieve up to 70 percent in all provinces. In fact, it should be finished by the end of the year.

"So that in the near future a week or two we will pursue to follow other provinces exceeding 50 percent, even at the end of the year according to the government benchmark of 70 percent," said Andika. there are schemes prepared. It's just that, for now, the scheme cannot be clearly conveyed.

"Definitely (the security of Papua is discussed). Later hopefully next week I will go to Papua and we will announce it there. That is the main thing," said Andika.
