JAKARTA - Artist and victim of the land mafia, Nirina Zubir expressed his frustration when he met the mastermind behind the crime, Riri Khasmita. Riri, who was trusted by her mother to take care of the land certificate, actually stole it.

Nirina said that until now there was no good faith from the suspect. In fact, he still dared to look at himself as if without remorse.

"It's very heavy for me to meet him today, and there is not the slightest intention until this moment to apologize, just walk away, look into my eyes like that, even at times like this you (Riri) still dare to look into my eyes like that ," said Nirina at the Polda Metro Jaya, Thursday, November 18.

In fact, Nirina said the reason she couldn't contain her emotions was because her late mother had not yet enjoyed the fruits of her hard work. However, the suspect actually sold and mortgaged the 6 lands belonging to his mother.

"Why am I so emotional, because my mother has never once enjoyed the fruits of her hard work," said Nirina.

During his mother's life, said Nirina, not the slightest luxury lifestyle was shown. To travel, her mother only uses public transportation.

"My mother still takes the train everywhere, still takes angkot, but these are the ones who have new cars and new businesses," said Nirina.

For information, Nirina Zubir became a victim of the land mafia. There are 6 land certificates that suddenly change ownership status.

In that case, Nirina is said to have suffered a loss of Rp. 17 billion. The police have also named five suspects, one of whom is named Riri.

In fact, Riri is known to be a former assistant to Nirina Zubir's late mother.

The suspects were charged with Article 378 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 372 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 263 of the Criminal Code. They face up to five years in prison.
