JAKARTA - Fans of Marvel films or comics must be familiar with one fictional country in East Africa, Wakanda. But who would have thought, if Wakanda would become a free trade partner with the United States (US).
Launching from the BBC, the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) accidentally added the country to the list of trading partners. The country of origin of the Black Panther also trades livestock, both ducks, soybeans and cattle products as export goods.
A USDA spokesman said the accident occurred during a technical exam for prospective employees. This was first discovered by Francis Tseng, a software technician from New York who was looking for agricultural product rates regarding a scholarship application he was currently doing.

After going viral on social media, information regarding the country of Wakanda was then removed from the list of US trading partners. "The information about Wakanda was supposed to be deleted after the trials were over, and now it's withdrawn," a USDA spokesman told the Washington Post.
In fact, Wakanda is a fictional country in the Black Panther story. When compared to other countries, the civilization in Wakanda is already sophisticated because it has the strongest material source on earth, namely Vibranium.
Wakanda first appeared in the comic Fantastic Four in 1966, and made a major public comeback after appearing in last year's Oscar-winning Black Panther in music illustration, fashion design and production design.
Captain America and Spiderman
It's not the first time, fictional names of Marvel heroes have appeared for real. For example, Peter Parker (Spiderman) to Steve Rogers (Captain America) are also on the list of intern advisors at the White House.
The Economic Report of the President has revealed that the quality of interns at CEA is much better than it was when I was there .... we never got cool ones like Steve Rogers, Bruce Wayne, Peter Parker, Aunt May, and John Cleese pic.twitter.com/qELM2729os

This was first known from the report of the Economic Advisory Council internship at the White House which was uploaded via the Twitter account @marthagimbel. In the list of interns listed on page 624, there are names that are quite familiar to comic or film fans.
Even the DC comics conglomerate Bruce Wayne (Batman) and JT Hutt or the giant alien Jabba the Hutt in the Star Wars films are also listed as apprentice advisors at the White House.
