JAKARTA - The Regent of Banyumas, Achmad Husein, caused a stir by asking the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to call the regional head first before holding a hand arrest operation (OTT).

This was requested because many regional officials were afraid of being caught in the silent operation carried out by the KPK.

"We are regional heads, we are all afraid and don't want to be OTT. So we ask the KPK, before the OTT we are summoned first. If he changes later, then he is released, you know. But if he doesn't change, then he is arrested," he said. Achmad in the video that circulated and made a scene.

Then how much is Achmad's wealth whose statement is in the spotlight? Reported from the KPK website, Tuesday, November 16, his net worth is IDR 5,993,648,015.

This wealth was reported by Achmad Husein in the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN) last January 22. Achmad is recorded to have assets of Rp. 6,097,712,015. It's just that, because he has a debt of Rp. 104,064,000, his assets are reduced to Rp. 5,993,648,015.

In the report, he was recorded as having 13 assets in the form of land and land complete with buildings with a value of Rp. 4,438,580,000. All of his assets are located in Banyumas Regency, Central Java. Furthermore, Achmad also owns transportation equipment assets with total assets of Rp. 550 million, consisting of three cars, namely the 2011 Toyota ACV4OR-JE sedan with a value of Rp. 90 million; 2019 Honda Jazz minibus with a value of Rp240 million; 2013 Mazda CX5 with a value of Rp. 20 million; and one unit of Honda Scoopy 2019 with a value of Rp. 20 million.

Finally, the Regent of Banyumas is also noted to have other movable assets worth Rp. 155,654,900 and cash and cash equivalents of Rp. 953,477,115.
