Refly Harun Silly! The Metro Police Chief Vs. Dircrimum In The Case Of 6 FPI Troops With Misguided Data

JAKARTA - Post by Constitutional Law Expert Refly Harun 'LIVE! CASE KM 50: DIRKRIMUM VS KAPOLDA METRO, WHY IS IT DIFFERENT?' on his Youtube channel he received a scathing comment from Ade Armando. Ade called Refly's explanation ridiculous, misleading and insulting to his intellect.

As an expert, Refly should have known the details of the shooting case that eventually killed 6 members of the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) at KM-50 Cikampek. There is no difference in the information provided by the Director of Criminal Investigation, Kombes Tubagus Ade Hidayat, with the Metro Jaya Police Chief, Inspector General Fadil Imran.

"The hatred makes him lose his mind or the hatred makes him have the heart to insult his intellect by constructing a misleading narrative that is immediately flawed. There is indeed a serious problem with Refly. Hatred makes him dark eyes, he tries to play against each other in a perverted and stupid way," said the communication expert from the University of Indonesia, quoted from the Cokro TV Youtube channel, Thursday, November 11.

From the beginning to the end of the video, Refly does not provide any arguments in favor of the title. For example, Refly mentioned the initial explanation of the Regional Police Chief, Fadil Imran, on December 7, 2020, the day after the shooting incident took place.

Kapolda Fadil, said Refli, said that there were 10 FPI laskars who were involved in shooting and shooting with police officers and caused 6 people to die and 4 others to flee. Refly wonders why the Kapolda's statement is different from that of the DirCrimum Tubagus, which states that only 6 people were involved.

According to Ade, if Refly had followed this incident from beginning to end until he went to court, of course, such a ridiculous question would not have been asked. Moreover, Komnas HAM has intervened to independently investigate the chronology of the Laskar shootings.

It was stated that it was true that there was a police car left behind by Rizieq Shihab's entourage because it was disturbed by two cars containing 10 FPI soldiers. Due to this disturbance, the police car then turned out of the Karawang toll road.

Well, the first car containing 4 members of the laskar left the second car of the FPI laskar. In this second car, 6 FPI soldiers were assigned to attack the police car directly with guns and swords, they ran away and there was a shootout with the police.

As many as 2 members of the Laskar were shot and killed during a shootout with the police. The remaining 4 were shot to death when they were overpowered by the police. During the incident, the remaining 4 members of the FPI laskar attacked the police indiscriminately and tried to seize the police's firearms.

"That's why the police were forced to shoot at close range, so Refli made it up freely when he stated that there was a difference between the explanations of Tubagus and the Kapolda," explained Ade.

Ade added that the explanation from the Kapolda regarding the 10 FPI soldiers involved in the shooting was given a day after the incident took place. This means that the process of collecting data in the field is still being carried out. So it's only natural if you don't describe the chronology in detail.

In Refly's mind, according to Ade, there was a constant chase between the FPI and the police. So that the incident of slashing members by FPI does not make sense because the car is in a speeding position.

Because he was wrong from the start, Refly then asked a question that was just as ridiculous as, when can the car stop while the shooting incident was taking place on the toll road?

According to Ade, the car does not stop on the toll road. "Indeed, not on the toll road but exiting the Karawang toll road. Imagine that Refly didn't even know such data, that FPI and police cars had left the toll road fighting and only recently re-entered the toll road," explained Ade.
