Salatiga PDIP Chairman Votes To Resign From The Party, Central Java PDIP DPD Clarifies

SEMARANG - The former chairman of the Salatiga City PDIP DPC Teddy Sulistio answered the call from the Central Java PDIP DPD to clarify his resignation from his position in the party.

Teddy answered the summons of the Central Java PDIP DPD in Semarang, a day after fulfilling the summons of the PDIP DPP in Jakarta.

In that clarification, Teddy was met by the Deputy Chairperson of the Honorary Division of the Central Java PDIP DPD Party, Bambang Sukarno and a number of other administrators.

Met after the meeting at the Central Java PDIP DPD, Teddy said the meeting only lasted a short time.

"Only asked whether the resignation letter submitted to the DPD and DPP was true," he said, quoted by Antara, Tuesday, November 9.

After confirming the letter, he said, the meeting was closed and submitted to wait for the approval of the PDIP DPP regarding the resignation.

"That's all, then the meeting was closed," he said.

According to him, the Central Java PDIP DPD did not ask further about the reasons for his resignation from the party chairman and member of the Salatiga City DPRD.

He emphasized that his resignation as Chairman of the Salatiga City PDIP DPC was a form of attitude for the benefit of the party, not personal.

Meanwhile, Deputy Chairperson of the Honorary Division of the Central Java PDIP DPD Party, Bambang Sukarno, confirmed the summons of Teddy Sulistio to clarify his resignation.

However, Bambang was reluctant to provide more detailed information about the discussions at the meeting.
