The land confiscation was based on the court's decision at the cassation level against Adrian Asril, the convicted person in the corruption case for land procurement for Campus III IAIN Imam Bonjol Padang against Adrian Asril.
In the decision which has permanent legal force, he was sentenced to four years in prison, as well as a fine of Rp. 200 million, subsidiary to six months in prison.
In addition to imprisonment and a fine, the convict is also sentenced to pay compensation of Rp. 1.1 billion, with the condition that it must be paid within one month of the inkrah case.
