Wife Reports Alleged Defamation, Iwan Fals: If The Law Is Yes, Go To Law

JAKARTA - The musician Iwan Fals responded to his wife's report against KS on suspicion of defamation. He said he would follow the rules.

"As a citizen, I just follow the rules where I have to go," said Iwan to reporters, Thursday, November 4.

In fact, the legendary Indonesian musician also stated that if he had to take the legal route, his party would not be afraid. Because, this way is done to clear the good name of his wife.

"If you go to the law, you go to the law," said Iwan Fals.

In addition, Iwan Fals also stated that he was only a witness in the report. In fact, he also joked that his arrival was limited to nenemai as a good husband.

"I am a good husband," said Iwan.

Previously reported, Iwan Fals' wife, Rosanna, reported a case of alleged defamation through her social media. The reported person in this case has the initials KS.

The report has also been registered with the number STTLP/B/5511/11//II/2021/SPKT/Polda Metro Jaya, dated November 4th.

Then, in the report, the reported party allegedly violated Article 27 paragraph 3 Juncto Article 45 paragraph 3 of the ITE Law and/or Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code.
