A Total Of 472 Violators Of Spatial Planning In Jakarta Will Be Prosecuted

JAKARTA - A total of 472 spatial violators in Central Jakarta will undergo a judicial trial at the Central Jakarta District Court (PN) in the near future.

"We are coordinating with the court. Data collection on residents who violate spatial planning is being carried out by the Citata Sub-dept. and summons will be made later," said Deputy Mayor of Central Jakarta, Irwandi to reporters, Wednesday, November 3.

As for the forms of violations that often occur in the process of spatial planning, such as the use of space that is not in accordance with the spatial layout, is not in accordance with the space utilization permit and is not in accordance with the requirements of the permit granted by the authorized official.

"Violations of spatial planning can be in the form of blocking access to areas declared by laws and regulations as public property," he said.

Irwandi said that the judicial trial was aimed at providing a deterrent effect for residents who violated spatial planning.

Later, the Central Jakarta City Government will also hand over sanctions for imposing fines for violators based on the results of the trial.

"The amount of the fine is determined from the lightness of the violation committed. The proceeds from the judicial proceeds will be handed over to the State treasury," he said.
