Ex-Kiss Guitarist Bob Kulick Dies At 70

JAKARTA - Former Kiss guitarist Bob Kulick passed away on Saturday, May 30. This news was first broadcast by his sibling, Bruce Kulick on the same day via his Twitter account.

Although they did not mention the reason for Bob's death, band Kiss immediately confirmed the news by quoting Bruce's tweet and adding, “We feel sad. Our deep condolences to the Kulick family during this difficult time, ”they added via their Twitter account.

Bob Kulick began his career by auditioning in the early 1970s for the band as lead guitarist. Although Kiss prefers Ace Frehley, Bob is still involved in several Kiss albums such as Alive II, Unmasked, and Killers.

In addition to Kiss, Bob played guitar roles for Lou Reed, Meat Loaf or the Neverland Express, and Michael Bolton. He also released a solo album titled Skeletons in the Closet in 2017.

As well as music projects, Bob Kulick has produced several songs. Sweet Victory, one of the newer songs that aired in the SpongeBob Squarepants cartoon episode of Band Geeks.
