JAKARTA - The Mantradhara music group released their latest single which has a unique point of view. Titled Yamien, this work is their continuation after Abyss which came as a breakthrough last year.

Now this girl group presents something else in Yamien. The sweet-spicy and delicious Yamien noodles are a representation of something close to them, but also have another meaning behind it.

"The original concept is simple. We made a class of girls who are still in high school and all of them love yamin. But instead, they met the class brothers who were fighting for yamin," said Ijes, a member of Mantradhara in the official broadcast.

"But after developing it, we felt that this song could also have another meaning. It can be interpreted as a story of a relationship between a woman and her partner. It's like yamin noodles are sweet guys, and a lot of girls like it," continued Gianna Putri.

The song "Yamien" was created by Faisal Triant together with Ijes and Avedis Mutter. This single also opens a new era for Mantradhara. After this, Mantradhara will use Indonesian lyrics a lot for the upcoming EP.

"Actually, one of the reasons is because it's interesting, there's a weird girl band with music but the lyrics are Indonesian," said Hasyakyla about the reason Mantradhara now speaks Indonesian.

Mantradhara itself is strengthened by former JKT48 members, namely Hasyakyla or Caca, Zashika Ijes, Gianna Putri, and Tika Nistia. They are also assisted by two producers who are also known as musicians in the Indonesian music scene, Avedis Mutter (Aftercoma & Strangers) and Faisaltriant (Ex-Danger Ranger & For Revenge).

"Yamien" officially released and can be heard on Spotify, Apple Music, and your favorite digital streaming platform. The official music video was also released on the same date. After releasing "Yamien", Mantradhara admitted that he couldn't wait to perform it live.
