DEPOK - Sunday afternoon at the Ballroom Hotel Savero, Depok, the atmosphere was magical. The noise of the conversation of hundreds of spectators was immediately silent as soon as an opening note was played. On stage, a young boy stood up straight. "We want to present a bridge of collaboration between Japan and Indonesia through music," said Koki Ota with a warm but optimistic tone. "TSUWA MONO is not only a competition, but also a learning and cultural exchange space for young talents to be able to compete globally."

Tears of Sorrow at the Peak of Dreams

Music is indeed universal. In the latter half of the event, the tension reached its peak when the winner's envelope was opened. When the names of the champions were read, the Ballroom Hotel Savero was immediately broken by the roar of applause and cheers from the audience.

The tears were unstoppable. The first winner who managed to bring home the prize of Rp. 10,000,000 seemed glued, as if he couldn't believe that his courage that night had a sweet taste. Likewise, the 2nd to 5th Champions who brought a smile and a trophy and certificate in their arms.

However, above all the nominal prizes that were distributed - a total of tens of millions of rupiah that afternoon - there was something much more valuable that the participants took home: opportunity and hope.
