Awdella voices the pain of those trapped in toxic relationships in her single Aku Juga Manusia

Alda Wiyekedella or better known as Awdella, once again shows his existence in the Indonesian music industry by releasing his latest work titled "I'm Also a Human".

Through the Inspire Music label, this song comes as a deep representation of a woman's inner struggle trapped in a toxic relationship.

Through emotional lyrics, the soloist from Indonesian Idol tried to portray the bitter reality where someone often ignores wounds in order to maintain a false hope.

"Aku Juga Manusia" tells the story of a woman who continues to survive even though she is often ignored and does not get love in full.

Emotional exhaustion is the main theme in this song - describing how sacrifices often lead to the loss of one's identity.

Regarding the meaning behind this song, Awdella emphasized that everyone has a limit of patience and is entitled to real happiness.

"This song is a portrait of emotional exhaustion due to loving in imbalance," Awdella said in a statement, Thursday, February 12.

"'I'm Also a Human' wants to voice the experiences of many people who have waited too long for change in a painful relationship, while also conveying a strong message that every human being has the right to be loved properly without having to lose themselves," he continued.

Awdella, who also acts as a producer in this project, collaborated with BIANCADIMAS (Dimas Wibisana and Bianca Nelwan) as a songwriter to work on the arrangement.
