B1A4, who are active in Japan with a different agency, will work with WM Entertainment to take care of matters related to their overseas activities.
"We will continue to collaborate to create synergy between the agency and B1A4 and maintain our relationship with RBW Japan for their activities," the agency said.
"More than the relationship between artists and agencies, B1A4 has been WM's representative and friend for 14 years. We, WM staff, will support the members who show new talents and challenges," he said.
B1A4 debuted as a five-member group in 2011. During their career, they produced various hits in South Korea.
