Portura Will Start Cross Resonant Travel In Semarang

JAKARTA - An initiative called Lintas Resonant will start a series of trips on December 11. Semarang City was chosen as the starting point for this collective People of the Right Project.

Carrying the exploratory spirit of 'Violating Limits', the Cross Resonant comes as a growth space that is committed to facilitating the synergy between creative institutions' an effort that has been fostered since 2024.

The vision of 'hacking Boundaries' carried is not only focused on music performances, but also opens discussion platforms on the latest issues in the creative ecosystem in every city visited.

As Iksal Harizal emphasized from the People of the Right Project, this event has a wider focus on music.

"The Resonanttas is not only focused on music, but also the passion to work together to build a cross-disciplinary creative industry. There is enthusiasm in our programs, including podcast sessions that will discuss essential issues in every city in the context of art and creative industry," Iksal said in his statement, Sunday, December 7.

This year's main difference in Cross Resonant is the formation of a special music entity that will appear exclusively in four cities, namely Portura. This project group contains a row of big names in the national music scene: Iga Massardi (Bara Suara), John Paul Patton or Coki (Trootbanger Group, ALI), Fathia Izzati (Reality Club), Bilal Indrajaya, Enrico Octaviano (Whirry Competition), and Baskara Putra (Hindi, .Feast).

The presence of Portura is not just a show-off for musicians. This unit is a manifestation of Cross Resonant DNA that is oriented towards exploration and experimentation.

What makes us interested in the Cross Resonant is because the space is not just a performance stage. Here we feel invited to enter a bigger conversation, about the city, about local talent, about how music can grow together without having to have hierarchies or barriers," said Iga.

We came as part of a movement that wanted to work together to find more creative forms than what we had ever done, and Semarang had warm energy and was full of surprises, and that made us want to come with curiosity, not just with repertoars, "added Iga. Hopefully, this moment we are together to resonate and grow together.

In order to strengthen the spirit of locality, each city will also display local talents. In Semarang, Pyong Pyong Pyong's pop-punk unit was lined up as a representation of the city's music scene.

Apart from music, Lintas Resonant is also enriched by live podcast sessions that invite musicians, creative workers, and industry players to discuss various essential issues such as band management, maintaining artistic integrity, to facing industrial challenges that are changing very quickly at this time. This session was designed not to provide a final answer, but to trigger critical reflection for both audiences and art actors.

Visual experience is also an important layer that blends with music. Visual artist Arswandaru will accompany this journey, respond to the energy of each city and translate it into an expressive visual landscape, creating a complete artistic experience.

After Semarang (11 December 2025), the Cross Resonant will continue to Bandung (8 January 2026), Tangerang (15 January 2026), and close in Jakarta (22 January 2026).
