Idgitaf Invites Comedian Praz Teguh And Wife To Celebrate Love In Music Videos Originally Me Before Rain

JAKARTA - After releasing the single 'Sedia Aku Before Rain' last October, Idgitaf is now here to introduce the music video of his new single written by Brigita Meliala.

If the music video from many previous singles often highlights the structured storyline, this time Gita's nickname tried a different approach, namely through a social experiment involving a public figure with an inspiring love story.

To represent the meaning of honesty and sincerity in loving, Gita chose a couple who had been married for more than a decade: comedian Praz Teguh with his wife, Qorry Rizky Ananda Majid (Ayi).

Instead of just acting, the couple are invited to reminisce and celebrate their love journey in the visuals of the song.

"To represent something real and definite, we have to find a very suitable partner for that. I found this in the figures of Praz Teguh and his wife," Gita said in her statement, Sunday, November 23.

The video opens with intimate moments, telling the story of the beginning of Praz and Ayi's relationship. The scene then continued featuring Praz and Ayi who continued to share stories, accompanied by Gita's vocals.

In an atmosphere dominated by their togetherness photos, this couple was seen several times shedding tears of emotion as they conveyed their heart's content, which led to a sweet surprise.

The shooting process for this music video left a deep impression on Praz, who admitted that at first he did not have any expectations, but he and his wife felt very touched after the video-making process.

"Obviously this is something we will remember for life and is something that makes my relationship with Ayi even closer," said Praz.

Ayi added, this music video can be an bidder when their relationship is experiencing the lowest phase.

"If one day for example we feel down, we can see this music video for the recharge [our relationship]. So we are very grateful to Gita," said Ayi.

Both of them admit the lyrics of the song 'Sedia Aku Before Rain' are in good agreement with the dynamics of their relationship. Praz highlighted the lyrical verse: Yang prepared your provisions in war as a very suitable description for Ayi.

"I feel no matter how I will provide anything (for my husband). There is love and there is love, and we choose to love with all his efforts. That is very reflected in this song," continued Ayi.

The song 'Sedia Aku Before Rain' itself is the result of Gita's collaboration with producer and musician Enrico Octaviano, and is an introduction to Gita's second album which is scheduled to launch in 2026.

This song features Gita's typical Pop Suka Cita combined nicely with a touch of Country music, with straightforward lyrics as a declaration of love.

For the song, Gita explained, she wants to embrace a way of loving which seems "reckless".

"I feel like it's the way I love, it's completely like that. I can openly say 'I can do whatever I want to you, I can move the mountain for you'. Love me is like that and I'm not ashamed,' said Gita.

As a complement and to strengthen the message conveyed by the song, the full video of the question and answer session between Praz and Ayi will be released a few days after the music video airs. This session involved Rani Anggraeni Dewi, a teacher and facilitator of the couple (marriage coconut).
