Gitar custom Gibson SG used by Kirk Hammett as part of Metallica's emotional respect for Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath, is now the main star in a major charity auction.

This rare instrument was released to the public as part of a fundraising effort involving a number of legendary rock stars.

This grand auction event in total features more than 800 interesting musical instruments and memorabilia, including items from Hammett's personal collection, Tommy Lee from Motley Crue, and Adam Clayton from U2.

The auction also features rare items from superstars such as Keith Richards, the Beatles, Elvis Presley, John sencirane, Jimi Hendrix, David Bowie, and Ace Frehley.

Apart from Hammett, Gibson Gives also contributed to the instruments used on stage and were signed by other big names, such as Lzzy Hale, Rise Against, Mana, the All-American Rejects, and Imagine Dragons.

All goods can be offered through the official Julien's Auctions website until November 20.

All proceeds from the auction section Gibson will be distributed to Gibson Gives, which supports musicians around the world through music and health and well-being education programs.

This auction will also provide benefits to MusiCares, All Within My Hands (Mellica's Yayasan), St. Judes Children's Hospitals, and Teen Cancer America.
