Bonehead And Epiphone Collaborate To Launch Limited Edition Guitar

JAKARTA - Oasis guitarist Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs, has an interesting story with Riviera's EiPhone. He always uses the guitar, even while on the Oasis Live 25 reunion tour with Noel and Liam Gallagher.

He revealed that he was still using his mainstay guitar from 1984 in a series of concerts for the Oasis reunion around the world. His confession confirmed the musician's emotional bond with his historic instrument.

Bonehead has relied on the same instrument for almost every show over the past three decades, from Oasis' early performances at The Water Rats, to colossal concerts at Knebworth recorded in music history.

In fact, the guitar, which is now stepping on four feet, was used when it recorded the legendary album Oasis, definitely Maybe and ''' What's The Story? ), as well as accompanying the entire band tour in the 1990s.

"I was still playing my original guitar in 1984 on the 2025 Oasis tour, and I wouldn't do it any other way," the 60-year-old guitarist said.

Regarding the launch of a new replica with Epiphone, Bonehead greeted him enthusiastically. "I'm happy to bring this new guitar to the audience who have felt it in the past, as well as those who came to see us on this tour," he said.

"This guitar is comfortable to play and the sound is booming; you guys will definitely like it," added the guitarist.

In the launch announced earlier week, the guitar manufacturer also confirmed the presence of another replica shared in collaboration with another Oasis guitarist, Gem Archer. The replica imitated the Sheraton model presented by Noel Gallagher and often played by Gem in his show with Oasis, Beady Eye, and Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds.

For information, Oasis started a long-awaited series of Live '25 concerts last summer, with shows in Cardiff, Manchester, London, and other cities, before continuing their tour outside England.
