JAKARTA - The song created by Chaken Matulatuwa, Indonesia Jaya, reverberated before President Prabowo Subianto delivered his state speech at the MPR RI Annual Session which was held today, Friday, August 15.

Different from the original version, the 'Indonesia Jaya' which was played this time was rearranged by Ari Renaldi and Yovie Widianto, musicians who currently serve as the Presidential Special Staff for Creative Economy.

This song was played together with video footage of people's testimony from various corners of the country.

"Mr. Prabowo, it's a blessing, sir, stay healthy. I can only say thank you very much. I'm sure your help can help my son achieve his dream," said a mother in a testimonial video, accompanied by Yovie piano strains.

Then, the testimonial video continued with the recording of Prabowo's speech, which voiced the unity of all elements of the nation for the glory of Indonesia.

"We are not looking back, we are looking forward. We are united, we combine our strengths, join our minds, join our ideals. We unite, we work together, we will prove it," Prabowo said in the video.

Towards the end of the video, the song Indonesia Jaya, which was originally played instrumentally, felt even more magical when the chorus of the song was sung by a female singer.
