JKT48 Announces Regina Wilian's Resignation, Here's The Reason

JKT48 management has just announced the submission of resignation from one of their members. He is Regina Wilian, a member of JKT48 who is in the 12th generation.

The announcement was uploaded through the official website today, Thursday, August 14. The reason Regina stepped down was due to health factors.

"Thank you always for your support for JKT48. Regina Wilian from the 12th generation JKT48 has submitted her resignation from JKT48 due to health reasons," wrote JKT48 management.

Regina will still have the last few days with the idol group. He will officially release his membership starting August 18.

"After discussing with related parties, the management decided to respect the decision. Therefore, starting August 18, 2025, Regina Wilian from the 12th generation will no longer continue her activities at JKT48," the statement read.

The woman who is familiarly called Regie also uploaded an official statement to fans on X. He was grateful for the support he received during his activities with JKT48.

"To my fanbase, thank you for always being there for me. All the hard work, sacrifice, support and sincerity that you have given are one of the reasons I was able to survive until now. I will remain a Regie, but not on the JKT48 stage. But your memories and love will always be a part of me," he wrote on X.
