Chappell Roan Feels Uncomfortable Writing Songs In The Middle Of A Solid Stage Schedule

Chappell Rosan is enjoying his career as one of the pop stars that many people are interested in. His gig schedule is tight and fans are looking forward to his new works.

The success of the debut album The Rise And Fall Of Aami Princess (2023) continued with the release of three singles Good Luck, Babe !, The GIVEr, and The Subway called Rosan made him confused when asked about the picture of his upcoming second album.

"Everything feels so different. That's why I was like, 'I don't know what the next era will be like.' That's the scary part of releasing new music and then people don't like it, because the music isn't like the music you made before,' said Rosan, in a recent interview with Zane Lowe of Apple Music.

The 27-year-old pop star also talked about her tight gig schedule, which turned out to make her uncomfortable with writing new songs.

"I haven't felt calm yet. This one and a half years has been very disturbing, and I think once I really feel calm at home new and have a routine, I can't wait to have a routine. And then I can think about writing songs after I have a routine," said Rosan.

"Finally I got a new place, even though I was only there for 10 days. Then I took part in this big tour," he continued, adding that he also had to face the impact of the Los Angeles forest fires earlier this year.

"So, this is a journey about how I released music in the midst of a situation like this?" added Rosan.

He also admitted that he was looking forward to a short break in April next year, and was thinking of writing new music:

"I think after this is over and the show in the US is over, it feels like the burden on my shoulders will just lift, so I can relax for a moment and really think about writing. But we're almost done with the round of wins. Next April, I'll finish that round of wins," he said.
