Kamasean introduces my single 'My backup' (doc. Halo Entertainment Indonesia)

JAKARTA - Kamasean, through the music label Halo Entertainment Indonesia, introduced a new single entitled 'My backup'. This song will be the second release in 2025, following the 'Is It Right' introduced last April.

Through his latest single, Sean's nickname is back carrying pop-R&B music that is confused for fans.

My back-up tells the story of someone who can't move on from his love. But on the other hand, the former has already found a replacement.

"It's different to you, who is currently clearly happy / I don't care about it, which is still like this / It turns out that you already have someone to accompany / Can't be seen that you have prepared my reserves," reads the chorus of the song sung by Kamasan.

My trial became the third single Kamasean released with Halo Entertainment Indonesia. This time, Irwan Simanjuntak acted as a composer and organizer.

Apart from being heard on various digital music platforms, Kamasean's 'my backup' was also present in the music video, which was carried out with DNA Production.

For information, Kamasan was first recognized by the public as a contestant for Indonesian Idol in 2012. At that time, he was listed as the youngest contestant to enter the Grand Final round.

Since participating in the talent search event, Kamasan has been known for his voice timbre like an African-American singer. Despite carrying pop music, acrobatic vocals are often presented in his songs.
