Agnez Mo Feels Like A Sacrifice, Ari Bias Responds

JAKARTA - Ari Bias responded tocal Agnez Mo's statement that he felt he was being sacrificed for copyright problems, especially music royalties, which are currently in Indonesia.

Meanwhile, Agnez made this statement when appearing as a guest on Deddy Corbuzier's Close The Door podcast.

"Maybe someone wants to sell the platform or something, this is still an estimate, I don't know, but don't give it back, just because of your agenda," said Agnez.

"I'm a bit sad not because they want to fight for their rights, if that's what I agree with. But don't use my name so that your agenda is seen by people," he continued.

Responding to Agnez, Ari Bias felt he had to provide further explanation. He felt that the legal route taken was the right step.

"Kiita has never returned people. And we have gone through the correct legal process in court. There is no engineering, it's just what it is," Ari told the media crew in Kuningan, South Jakarta, Wednesday, February 19.

"We submitted evidence and in the end it was like this. And my song was not just sung by Agnez, many artists sang my songs, all hit," he continued.

Ari continued, he had contacted the singers who performed his songs, but the absence of a response from Agnez made him have to take legal steps.

"When I wrote to AM, the management, I also wrote to other (singers). So, why are others safe, there are no cases like this? You please judge for yourself," he said.
