Mocca Introduces Be My Bee To Welcome Valentine's Day

JAKARTA - Mocca welcomes Valentine's Day by introducing the latest fun 'Be My Bee' single, capturing the essence of love and affection, and wrapped in a charming natural metaphor.

This song is the result of Riko Prayitno's first collaboration, Lafa Pratomo, and Arina Ephipania who wrote the lyrics.

"We are mobilizing the best side in creating this song, and this is the first time Arina and I have involved Lafa Pratomo in the composition process," Riko said in a statement, Tuesday, February 11.

"In this song I try to put the qualities of a romantic relationship into the lyrics. We must have all felt the beauty of falling in love," said Arina.

Meanwhile, "Be My Bee" depicts a flower sekuntum who patiently waits for a bee to come to visit her. Arina symbolizes it as the beauty of the togetherness and joy brought by love.

"When I composed the lyrics of 'Be My Bee', I tried to remember what happened at that time, and it turned out to be very easy to present a romantic memory with our partner. Maybe it was magic from love," said the vocalist.

"I believe you all see, feel and go through a phase of falling in love, which we can present that romantic memory at any time," he continued.

Then, the chorus of the song emphasizes the longing for closeness and connection. The lyrics try to capture simplicity and convenience in loving someone special.

The song talks about finding comfort and calm in their presence, with unshakable service being emphasized on the bridge section.
