Lesti Kejora Apologizes For Calling Siti Badriah's Voice The Ugliest, It Sits The Problem

JAKARTA - Lesti Kejora and Boy William's collaboration video has caused controversy. Lesty refers to Siti Badriah as a dangdut singer who has the ugliest voice. Each fan also offered a defense that made social media rowdy.

At that time, Lesty asked Boy to sort the name of the dangdut singer who has the most melodious voice to the ugliest. Boy gave five names to sort, namely Ayu Ting Ting, Cita Citata, Siti Badriah, Via Vallen to Nella Kharisma.

Despite being surprised by the question, Lesti still answered it and sorted the dangdut singers sounded good until the ugliest.  "Oh My God, Ayu, Via, Nella, Cita and Sibad (Siti Badriah)," Lesty said as quoted from Boy William's YouTube channel, Tuesday, April 13.

Siti Badriah herself only responded with a short Insta Story. "Shocked, hehe," he wrote on @sitibadriah account. Seeing the noise that happened Siti Badriah's husband, Krisjiana Baharudin did not accept. He's defending his wife. "I'm sorry before, but the content you create is ridiculous! What is it worth comparing a colleague of sesam profession with a question that is considered #bercanda," wrote Baharudin.

As a friend, Lucinta Luna also joined in defending Sibad and insinuating Lesti. "Oh, you're cute, huh? Saucy ya tell me my voice is the ugliest? Heh! Got no glass?" said Lucinta Luna quoted from her Instagram Story.

Knowing his old video went viral and caused trouble, Boy William immediately apologized for making a noise. The presenter said his intention was only to provide entertainment, with no intention of mocking.

"Hi friends everyone! I hope you're all in good health. I'm here to set the record straight about my content that might be arguably sensitive to some of the people watching. Honestly, all our content is only one goal, which is to entertain you all, without any intention to offend / hurt any party. I as the captain of the content would like to apologize to those who feel uncomfortable over the questions in the content," Wrote Boy William in Insta Story.

Lesti also apologizes to Siti Badrian about her video that has gone viral recently. "Assalamualaikum friends all. Today dede would like to extend a deepest apology to teteh siti badriah and everyone who loves her, because the content dede with kak boy has offended and hurt the heart,"Jelas Lesti.

"Dede apologized from the deepest heart, that dede never had the intention to disrespect a colleague dede, let alone dede also know well teteh siti personally. Hopefully this can be a lesson that dede can take wisdom for the future. Once again dede apologize to teteh siti badriah, family and all fans who love teteh siti badriah," he explained," lesti Kejora wrote.
