Laufey Releases Song 'Bored', New Work On Album 'Bewitched: The Goddess Edition'

JAKARTA - 'Bewitched: The Goddess Edition', Laufey's latest album has now been officially released through THE START. The expansion edition of the album "Bewitched" features four new songs that Laufey wrote shortly after he completed the album "Bewitched" which was praised in 2023.

This album previously introduced "Goddess" as the main single. And now he is releasing another single titled "Bored". Laufey fans can watch the visualizer on the singer's YouTube channel.

Complementing the series of album releases, Laufey also recently released a short film for his single "Goddess", directed by Celine Song, which took the world's attention through the film Past Lives which he directed and wrote. Thanks to the film, Celine managed to get a Academy Award and Golden Globe nominations, and brought home the Spirit Award trophy.

Recorded in Brooklyn, New York using the 35mm film, the video clip 'Goddess' features Laufey and the Netflix series star Heartstopper, Will Gao, who is also active as a musician on the duo Wasia Project.

The album 'Bewitched: The Goddess Edition' is also available in vinyl, cassette, and CD. This expansion version consists of a dark blue vinyl, a booklet that has been updated as well as a custom game board.

Laufey is now preparing to appear as the main performer at the Java Jazz Festival 2024 on May 25 in Jakarta. In addition, Laufey will also hold a concert with Manila Philharmonic Orchestra on May 28 and 29 in Manila, the Philippines, all of whose tickets have now been sold out.
