JAKARTA - Bali is the place Sun Eater chose, a record label based in Jakarta to hold an event titled "Here Comes The Sun Eater (HCTS)". This event is the successor to the success of the previous edition in Jakarta and Malaysia.

This year the event will take place at Mertasari Beach, Sanur-Bali on July 6, 2024. Artists from this label such as the Indies and the Magic Competition will provide special treats, accompanied by a number of interesting performances worth waiting for.

"For us, Bali is an area with an interactive and creative society, according to the values that are always carried in HCTS, where we celebrate the creation power and creation power of young people," said Natasha Udu, Head of Operations Sun Eater.

"In addition to being a tourist spot that must be visited, the diversity of people in Bali is also an indicator of why Bali is the right location for the holding of the Sun Eater annual event," he added.

First held in 2019, HCTS is not only a music performance that highlights musicians under the auspices of Sun Eater alone; this festival is also a tribute to creativity, community, and of course the transformative power of music itself.

Sun Eater strives to present events that also celebrate friends, family, and talent supporters under its auspices. With a focus on audience satisfaction through the presentation of new music, concepts, and happiness every year, HCTS is ready to provide a deep musical experience.

This year's HCTS lineup offers a variety of talented performances with the Indian collaboration and Magic Contest in one identity titled Pentas Magic, along with local Milledenials headliners and hypothetic melodies from Drizzy.

"If previously HCTS was held in Jakarta and online (during the pandemic) with musicians from Jakarta, in the last 2 years we want to give opportunities to all people in Indonesia to be able to enjoy the same experience," Natasha said.

"HCTS Bali 2024 will invite musicians from East Java, Drizzly, and Milledenials from Bali, because we believe that talents outside the capital have the same potential."

Although it has turned into two different musical entities now, the Magic and Indies Competition combines its charm once again under the flag of Pentas Sihir. Natasha Udu, Baskara Putra, Enrico Octaviano, Tristan Juliano, and Rayhan Noor combine songs from the album Indies and Magic Contest in their captivating performances scheduled to become HCTS headliners this year.

Sun Eater has also hooked up a local band, namely the Milledenials. Formed in Denpasar in 2020, the band consists of vocalist Nadya, bassist Billy, and guitarist Made and Bagus Aditya. These five talented individuals joined forces to create honest music with topics about how it feels to grow up in the digital era.

Complementing the lineup is Drizzly, a dream pop band from Sidoarjo, East Java. Formed by the Manda vocalist, the band started as a solo project to its friends, Moza bassist, Faye guitarist, and Rascil drummer, completing the quartet.

Here Comes The Sun Eater 2024 is proud to be presented by Sun Eater, with Healix Communion as the promoter of the event. Coming from Bali, Healix Communion is a creative company founded by a group of young individuals dedicated to increasing productivity and forming other youth characters through creativity, concern, and sharp awareness of social and environmental issues in the creative industry.

"There is no need for great people to know that only local people understand their own city better. We attract Healix, a group of young people who uphold creativity and togetherness because we always believe that through partnerships and experiences in collaboration we can cultivate more collaboration with partners and musicians around the world," Natasha explained when asked about Sun Eater's collaboration with Healix.

With a shared goal of creating an unforgettable experience, Sun Eater and Healix Communion are ready to present a musical performance that leaves an impression on their audience.
