Rayen Pono Complains About His Song Uploaded To Spotify Without Permission

JAKARTA - Rayen Pono ex Pasto also complained about the song he wrote again being uploaded by seven irresponsible people to Spotify's digital music platform.

"There are 7 people who uploaded my song asking HEART without permission!!!" Rayen Pono wrote in an Instagram Stories upload, seen Monday, January 8.

"Whether the person is direct or the labels of fake thieves are uploaded, I don't understand. And there are some who have credit creators who change their origins," he continued.

Then, Rayen featured six of the seven Spotify accounts re-uploading the song Tanya Hati without the songwriter's permission.

From the six accounts, the source names listed include Aditya Muziq, Rifan Styles, Rolin Nababan, Bataklanden, NUIM, and Cynthia Gab.

Rayen also voiced the weak protection of a song. He feels himself as a songwriter helpless against piracy on digital music platforms.

"This is the weak protection of copyright, so that there can be repeated piracy on the digital platform, whether the regulations and aggregator function are weak or what," wrote Rayen Pono.

"As my creator, I feel powerless, confused about what to say!!!" he concluded.
