Billkiss Collaboration With Deirda Tahier In The Song Who Are You?

JAKARTA - Indie band from Bogor, Billkiss is back with his newest single, You're Who yesterday, Monday, January 1.

Similar to the previous song, 'love' is still the theme brought by Maul (vocals), Qpot (guitar) and Helvi (bass) in their latest single.

Who are you written by Helvi, who tells the story of someone who is disappointed with his partner who comes and leaves without any guilt. Billkiss wants to invite his listeners to let go of people who obviously don't have a sense of care.

"We must be able to be happy with ourselves, without having to depend on other people," said Helvi in his statement, Tuesday, December 2.

"People who have heard this song don't really depend on people and don't have to be too dizzy with those who don't care about us," said Maul.

Through You Who, Billkiss collaborates for the first time with other musicians in a new song. They invited Deirda Tahier, Ferdy Element's son to fill the rap part in this song.

In the process of composing songs, Billkiss was assisted by several musicians, one of whom was Acoy, a guitarist from the band Om Om.

The role of Acoy is arguably quite large. He was the one who encouraged Helvi to write this song. He was also the link for Deirda who was finally willing to collaborate.

"We hope that this song can be well received by Indonesian music fans, and hopefully Billkiss listeners will like this new song," said Qpot regarding expectations for its new song.
