The Changcuters Express Anxiety Over The Fad Of The Meaning Of Differences Through New Singles

JAKARTA - The Changcuters released a new single entitled Indeed Different. This song has been the band's first release from Bandung since it last released a Loyalist album in September 2020.

It's different so the way The Changcuters translate their concerns over the fading of meaning from a difference.

Tria (vocals) say that many humans today tend to force themselves to become the same as one another. In fact, the difference is the reality that has existed since that man was born.

Furthermore, Tria argues that differences can actually bring humans to happiness.

"It's different when it comes to unrest. We see, getting here, many people are confused by differences. Some are enemies, blunders, or even forcing themselves to be the same," Tria said in a statement, Friday, December 8.

"Even though in essence all humans are the same. The similarity, everything is different. So, just bring joy," he continued.

In the creative process of making songs It's Different, The Changcuters personnel continue to hold workshops. Through their own recording studio, they feel easier to create.

The process is quite short. As usual, we used the workshop system in songwriting. But now there is a studio recording itself, so we cut less time in terms of technicality and are also more satisfied," said Tria.

"Playing as often as possible, memorize the lyrics and if performed on stage, everyone can be happy and dance. So hope (you can) make the next day more confident," he said.
