JAKARTA - The Java Jazz Festival 2023 will entertain Indonesian music lovers for three consecutive days, May 2 to 4.

Organizers have prepared 12 stages to present 140 performers from within and outside the country, both with jazz music offerings, as well as other genres such as pop, R&B to reggae.

Not only the main stage in the room, but the Java Jazz Festival which will be held at the JIExpo Kemayoran also presents various entertainment that is no less attractive outdoors.

There is a unique stage designed to display many musicians from the stage on the bus. In addition, visitors can also enjoy on-ground activities through a booth called Art & Sound Experience.

Here visitors can enjoy a variety of interesting things, starting from the refreshing beverage presentation, stylizing in front of Smooth Slow Cam, to trying out the uniqueness of the Infinity Room.

Andrianto explained, there will be various surprises prepared by MLDSPOT at this year's Java Jazz Festival. Collaborations from Indonesian musicians across genres will be presented on the two stages presented, MLDSPOT Stage Hall and MLDSPOT Stage Bus.

Meanwhile, a number of famous Indonesian musicians who have many fans from young people are ready to be presented, including Fiersa Besari, Sisitipsi, Dikta Wicaksono, Dere, Fabio Ayer, Juicy Luicy, Lalahuta, Gangga, Dreikids, Bronze, and of course MLDJAZZPROJECT Season 4.

The last known performers are the fourth generation bands produced through talent search events. They will collaborate with Yovie Widianto, Mario Ginanjar, and Teddy Adhitya.

Ahead of the action, the band consisting of Puspallia Panggabean (vocals), Yosua Sondakh (guitar), Hafiz Aga (bass), Anggi Harahap (saxophones), Noah Revivalin (piano) and Timoti Hutagalung (drums), have prepared to present their best stage action at the Java Jazz Festival 2023.

"We are very enthusiastic and can't wait to be able to perform, because there will be many surprises that we will prepare on the stage later, one of which is songs with new arrangements. So now we are preparing with more training sessions," said Puspallia representing the band.

Prior to appearing at the Java Jazz Festival 2023, MLDJAZZPROJECT Season 4 was also one of the performers in the pre-event series, namely Java Jazz on The Move (JJOTM). This is a "heating" event for Puspallia and friends ahead of their peak performance at the Java Jazz Festival 2023.
