Was Rushed To The Hospital Because Of Shortness Of Breath, Chua 'Kotak' Still Performs The Summer Hype Festival Spectators

JAKARTA - Chua, the bassist of the band Kotak, had experienced shortness of breath shortly before appearing at the Summer Hype Festival in Surabaya on Friday night. The bassist was taken to the hospital for treatment.

Through Instagram social media, Kotak reported, Chua was taken to the Emergency Unit an hour before boarding the stage.

However, the energetic bassist still appears to entertain the audience even though his condition is not fit enough.

"1 hour before the CHUA gig was tight and had to be rushed to the ER, after that the gig was not fit, but did not reduce the happiness of the audience who came," wrote Kotak on Instagram accompanying the short video they uploaded.

"Thank you Surabaya! Calm down CHUA you are not alone, it's okay not to be okay, because we are human. #KotakBandUpdate," continued the statement encouraging Chua.

This afternoon, Saturday, March 4, Chua continued to appear with the Box at the Penat Release Festival in Jakarta. Chua's condition has improved.

"(Chua) come along. Thank God it's good," said Abouw, an additional guitarist for KOtak to VOI.

"Today we meet at @ melepaspenat.event Kotak perform at 17.00 WIB prepare your ENERGI, because the booster is for us. HANTAM!! #KotakBandUpdate," wrote Kotak before taking action.
