JAKARTA - The emo unit from Bandung for Revenge (FR) started in 2023 by releasing the single Ada Forever under Didi Music Records. This collaboration single with Fiersa Besari is a follow-up to the full album of the Celebration of Patah Hati - Babak 1 at the end of 2022,

This collaboration is like an ideal that has been achieved. Since starting a new era with FR in 2020, Fiersa Besari is at the top of the list for us to collaborate. There is no other reason, apart from liking the literary works of a Fiersa Besari," said Boniex, the vocalist, revealing the reasons for fR inviting Fiersa to collaborate.

"Usually I want to collaborate, if I was involved (from the start) in making his work, but an exception for Revenge. When I first listened to the demo, I felt really clicked on my old souls, in lyrics and instruments such as showing the side of Fiersa Besari which had been missing for a long time, "responded Fiersa in response to an invitation to fR.

Still carrying the theme of heartbreak, which is the common thread by fR, Ada Forever is about a person's desire to forget the special things that ever appeared in his life, about forcing him to forget something he didn't want to forget.

"Because studying'seni forgetting' is much more difficult than learning to remember," Boniex added in his statement.

Meanwhile, for Fiersa Besari, Ada Forever has a personal meaning for her.

"Although Isaua did not participate in creating (the song), but when performing it, this song is what my heart wants to convey and can never be conveyed," he said.

This collaboration single is also a sign that the fifth album from Boniex (vocals), Chimot (drums), Arief (guitar), and Izha (bass) will be released soon.

The sequel album titled Patah Hati Celebration - Babak 2 will reportedly be released in the 4th quarter of 2023.
