Video Recording From Avicii Last Show Circulating

The footage from Avicii's last show, which lasted two years before he died, circulated on the internet.

The live video uploaded on Avicii's official YouTube account shows the late DJ and producer (real name of Tim Bergling) on stage at Ushua path Ibiza on August 28, 2016, playing the song Addicted to You from the 2013 album True.

That same year, Avicii announced his retirement from live performances.

"My path was filled with success, but it didn't come without obstacles," he said at the time.

"I've grown up growing up as an artist, I get to know myself better and realize that there are many things I want to do in my life."

"I have a strong interest in different fields, but there is little time to explore it.

Two weeks ago, I took the time to drive across the US with my friends and team, to just see and think about things in new ways. It really helped me realize that I needed to make the changes I've been fighting for.

Less than two years later, Avicii died of suicide on April 20, 2018. After his death, the Avicii family founded a mental health foundation in his honor.

His father, the Class Team, also opened up about the death of his son and called for more mental health support for the new artist said fame and wealth were very dangerous combinations.

Recently, the Avicii family announced that they had sold 75 percent of the recorded rights and publication of the late musician to Swedish company Pophouse.
