J-Hope Becomes The First BTS Member To Release A Solo Album, Jack In The Box

JAKARTA - BTS members will start their new careers as solo singers. J-Hope became the first member to release a new album titled Jack in the Box.

Sunday, June 26, Big Hit Music unveiled the first teaser for Jack in the Box. The video shows the album's design and logo with an R&B instrumental accompaniment.

At the same time, Big Hit Music explained the meaning of Jack in the Box to the public.

"Jack in the Box - a title that represents his aspirations to break boundaries and grow further," Big Hit Music said in a statement.

Before being released in full, J-Hope will release a pre-release track on July 1 at 13:00 South Korean time. Then the album Jack in the Box will be released in full on July 15.

A physical album release is also scheduled for July 29. In addition to albums, the agency prepared several souvenirs for sale such as photocards, card holders, and others.

Meanwhile, J-Hope BTS will appear as a headliner at the Lollapalooza music festival in the United States. Reportedly he sang several songs from the new album after the mixtape. The festival will be held from July 31.

The Jack in the Box album can be ordered starting today, Monday, June 27.
